How do I make a return?Updated a year ago
To schedule a return for a refund, please reach out to our friendly Customer Support Team at [email protected] to create a return.
Once you have chosen the items to be returned and completed the process, we will schedule a reverse pick-up. Please hand over the returnable product/s in the original packaging (including the box). We will issue a refund to your original payment method (if your order is Prepaid) or by Google Pay (if your order is COD), once we have received the returned piece/s in our office in good condition.
Return under warranty
We accept returns under Warranty within 1 year of order receipt. Please refer to our ‘warranty’ page for Terms & Conditions here. To schedule a return under warranty, please reach out to our friendly Customer Support Team here create a return.
